GENERAL SUMMARY
We are seeking a detailed, results driven Inside Salesperson to join our Corpus Christi, Texas team. As an Inside Salesperson for our industrial bolting rentals and sales division, you will be responsible for assisting customers and outside salespeople with phone inquiries, drop-in, email requests to ensure quick response, excellent customer service as well as accurate and timely paperwork. In addition, this position will be responsible for managing all day-to-day administrative functions including new customer set up, vendor set up and communication, purchasing and processing invoices.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Manage all incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in
- Rental and Sales order entry into two independent programs including Sirius Rental software and SAP
- Issuing rental and sales quotations
- Rental stock check and tooling coordination
- Prepare and maintain rental files
- Prepare and generate rental invoices
- Setting up new customers in SAP
- Provide technical information on applications and proper tool selection
- Generating work orders for customer repairs
- Purchase parts and supplies from third party vendors utilizing SAP
- Create stock transfer orders for parts and supplies from HT manufacturing plant

What do you need?
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-10 years inside sales/customer service in a fast-paced industrial rental business
- Experience running an office/office manager
- Must be effective at managing multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, SAP, and savvy to adapt and learn new programs
- High energy, go-getter attitude with a relentless drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Initiative-taker, self-motivated
- Technical/mechanical aptitude, to fully understand product line and applications
